EXHIBITOR SERVICES
We are pleased to announce that PRX Exposition Services has been named as the official general service contractor for the 2025 GA4LE Summer Conference.
PRX offers an online ordering system that is user-friendly and allows you request tables, chairs, material handling services, and other rental items you may need for a successful event! We encourage you to use their safe and secure online ordering web site to place your order through a customized login link that will be emailed to all exhibitors on March 1, 2025. If you have not received this link, please check your Spam or Clutter filters for an email titled “Ordering open for 2024 GA4LE Summer Conference”.
If you need ordering assistance, have questions, or do not receive the initial ordering email please don’t hesitate to contact PRX via phone at (803) 926-5300 or by visiting www.prexposition.com to select the Exhibitor Ordering tab to request access.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The Jekyll Island Convention Center will not accept any advance shipments of exhibit related materials delivered to the facility. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All advance shipments should be sent to the PRX Exposition Services warehouse for arrival before Thursday, June 19. All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to the exhibitor set up on Saturday, June 21. All outbound shipments following the close of the conference should be scheduled for pick up directly from the Jekyll Island Convention Center between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
Should your carrier not meet this deadline, they will have until June 26, 2025 at 2:00pm to pick up your shipment from the venue.
CANCELLATION POLICY
REGISTRATION cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] no later than 5:00pm EST on June 7, 2025 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between June 7, 2025 and June 17, 2025 will receive an 80% refund. No refunds will be issued after June 17, 2025 at 5:00pm EST.
SPONSORSHIP cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] no later than 5:00pm EST on May 31, 2025 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between June 1, 2025 and June 10, 2025 will receive an 70% refund. No refunds will be issued after June 10, 2025 at 5:00pm EST.
