EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES
Please review the Vendor Guidelines from the Jekyll Island Convention Center
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The Jekyll Island Convention Center will not accept any advance shipments of exhibit related materials delivered to the facility. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All advance shipments should be sent to the PRX Exposition Services warehouse for arrival before Thursday, June 18. All exhibit material will be delivered to individual booth spaces prior to the exhibitor set up on Saturday, June 20. All outbound shipments following the close of the conference should be scheduled for pick up directly from the Jekyll Island Convention Center between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
Should your carrier not meet this deadline, they will have until June 25, 2025 at 2:00pm to pick up your shipment from the venue.
CANCELLATION POLICY
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION cancellations must be received in writing to info@ga4le.org no later than 5:00pm EST on May 29, 2026 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between May 29, 2026 and June 8, 2026 will receive an 80% refund. No refunds will be issued after June 12, 2026 at 5:00pm EST.
SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITOR cancellations must be received in writing to info@ga4le.org no later than 5:00pm EST on May 22, 2026 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received between May 22, 2026 and June 1, 2026 will receive an 70% refund. No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026 at 5:00pm EST.
